Food For Health - Part 1

  Today I will begin a series of topic related on how we can be healthy by choosing the right kind of food to eat.  As we all may have known, "we are what we eat"!  If we consume all the healthy food like green leafy vegetables, fruits lean meat and high fibrous stuffs, we can be sure of having a healthy body whereas if we feed ourselves with junk and fatty foods like fried chickens, cheesy pizza, sausages, deep fried French fries, sodas and hamburgers, eventually our body will become like these food, fat and junky, ready to face a series of health complications like heart attack, stroke and high blood sugar the likes.  Healthy eating is not only crucial and is the only way for us to get a healthy body which function at its optimal level.  Most of us are unaware of what constitute a healthy eating diet while many more do neglect what goes into their system as long as they fill up their stomach, they won't care much about what goes into it. Let's say that you fill your car with low grade engine oil and petrol.  Your car engine will not be able to run at its optimal level and will be spoiled that much faster as compare with you, filling them with high grade oil and fuel.  That is what will happen to our body it we continue to fill our stomach with junk food and an unhealthy diet so to speak. With the level of self-made illness increasing each year, it is our own duty for each and every one of us to take care of ourselves and eat a healthy diet so that we can extent a longer lifespan for ourselves and enjoy life as a result.  I am doing my part here to provide information for the benefits of my fellow human beings to give them as much knowledge as possible on healthy eating. Let us begin shall we:
